At DEWI, we're committed to getting your workout accessories to you quickly and safely so you can move, train and feel your best. 

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a confirmation when your order has been placed and when your order is shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery destination. Rates are automatically displayed before you complete your purchase. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order is shipped you'll receive your tracking. Please not that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather or high volume periods.
